Can't travel? Video conferencing lets you present your paper online: a convenient way of sharing and discussing your research from anywhere in the world.

How it works

  1. Send us your presentation slides (PPT).
  2. Download the Zoom app (phone, tablet or computer).
  3. Create a Zoom account at zoom.us.
  4. We send you a meeting invitation with the video link, the meeting ID and the password.
  5. Check your camera, audio and network connection before joining, so that you can share your screen.
  6. You can leave the meeting whenever you want.

Maximum time for a presentation: 10 minutes.
