One registration fee includes

The same fees apply to every Science Guru conference. To pay, open your conference page and choose your fee in its registration table, or use the payment page.

- Registration of each co-author: USD 150
- Each page above 6 pages: USD 20
- The fee covers a paper of up to 6 pages; each extra page costs USD 20.
- Multiple paper discount: an author with more than one paper in the same conference gets 30% off the total fee for each additional paper.
- Group registration: an additional 10% discount for groups of at least 7 registrations.
How to register
Once your paper is accepted, the registration process begins. Complete these four steps:
- Registration fee and category: choose the fee of your category. At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the technical programme.
- Registration form: sign the registration form (one per paper) and email it in PDF, JPG or PNG format.
- Camera-ready paper: the paper must follow the Science Guru double-column format and be sent as Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX, so that the necessary fine tuning can be done. If you cannot format it, Science Guru formats it without any extra charge.
- Registration: email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx) and the final paper, poster or abstract (.doc/.docx) that you want to publish in the proceedings to [email protected] before the last date of registration.
One registration is required to publish a paper, and with it only one person can attend the conference and receive everything listed above. Each co-author who also wants to register pays USD 150.
Wait for the final confirmation of your payment and the event schedule from our coordinator before making any travel bookings. Cancellations and refunds follow the rules and regulations.
