The Auditorium is the flagship venue, located in the heart of Florence (Via Cerretani 54/r), just 500 meters from the train station and 250 meters from the Cathedral. Its prime location makes it highly accessible both nationally (by train) and internationally (via the tramway connecting the airport to Florence’s city center in just 20 minutes).
The venue spans three floors, connected by a spacious elevator with a capacity of 13 people, providing access from Level -1 (where dressing rooms and rehearsal rooms are located) to Level 2 (directly accessing the stage).
The structure features two halls and can accommodate up to 500 seated guests.

Visa
Letter of invitation for WCDTIM 2027
A letter of invitation is proof that your paper submission and registration have been accepted by the conference committee. It is written in English and may help with your visa application; however, it does not guarantee a visa.
Invitation letters are issued only after your registration and payment are complete, and they are sent by email.
For those who need a visa: the organising committee has no control over the visa application process or the decision of the embassy or consulate, and cannot be responsible for visa issuance. Processing times vary, so start your application as early as you can. If an application is denied, we cannot change the decision or correspond with the embassy on behalf of the applicant.
