International Conference on Smart Grid and Renewable Energy (ICSGRE-2026) is a prestigious event organised to provide an excellent international platform for academicians, researchers, engineers, industrial participants and budding students around the world to share their research findings with global experts. ICSGRE-2026 will be held in Lasi, Romania on 28 November 2026.
The key intention of ICSGRE-2026 is to give participants from around the world the opportunity to share their ideas and experience in person with their peers. The gathering also helps delegates to establish research or business relations and to find international links for future collaboration. We hope that the outcome of ICSGRE-2026 will make a significant contribution to the knowledge base of these up-to-date scientific fields.
The conference is organised by Science Guru. It offers invited lectures from renowned speakers, and best paper awards are given to the papers judged to make the most significant contribution to the conference.

Fees & process
Registration fees of ICSGRE 2026
Once your paper is accepted, the registration process begins. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by 8 November 2026 for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the technical programme. One registration covers one attendee.
How to register

Choose the registration fee of your category and pay online.

Sign the registration form (one per paper) and email it in PDF, JPG or PNG format.

Prepare the final paper in DOC or DOCX, in the double-column format of the sample paper. Our team formats it for free if needed.

Email the filled registration form with the final paper to [email protected] before the last date of registration.
- The fee covers a paper of up to 6 pages; each extra page costs USD 20.
- Multiple paper discount: an author with more than one paper in the same conference gets 30% off the total fee for each additional paper.
- Group registration: an additional 10% discount for groups of at least 7 registrations.

Hotel Details
Overlooking the Tampa Mountain and the medieval historic quarter of Brasov, the traditional Hotel Aro Palace faces the Central Park. It features spacious and luxurious accommodation and free internet access. The rooms have air conditioning, cable TV and bathrobes. They are designed in warm colours and have carpeted floors. Guests can sample Romanian and European cuisine at the hotel's restaurant and enjoy the views over Brasov's Citadel from the Belvedere Club, which is on Hotel Aro Palace's top floor. The hotel's Night Bar is decorated with marble, wood and Art Deco elements. The chandeliers and large mirrors create a special atmosphere where guests can sip their favorite beverages.

Will my paper be published?
Accepted papers are published in conference proceedings and selected journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar.
Will my paper be published in indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar)?
Yes. Accepted papers will be published in Science Guru conference proceedings (with ISBN) and Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar (Subject to acceptance) indexed journals with extended version of paper.
What is the peer-review process and acceptance criteria?
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review by subject experts. Acceptance is based on originality, relevance, methodology, and contribution to the field.
How long does it take to receive acceptance/rejection after submission?
Authors are typically notified within 1 to 2 weeks of submission.
Can I present my paper online?
Science Guru offers virtual participation options, including live-streamed sessions and recorded presentations.
What is the length of Oral Paper Presentation?
Each Technical Presentation is for 10-15 Minutes including Discussions.
How can I get an official letter of invitation for the conference attendance/Visa application?
Official Science Guru invitation letters are available upon request for registered authors/delegates and participants only after payment confirmation only. The invitation letter will be issued as a soft copy via email. The visa application process typically requires at least one month. Authors are responsible for completing their own applications. Science Guru cannot guarantee that participants will obtain a visa, as approval depends on the respective embassy/consulate.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 40 days before the event after deducting the transaction/bank charges. Visa-related cancellations not eligible for refunds.
