Set within the Montecastillo Golf Course, guests at the Barceló Montecastillo Resort can enjoy golf for a surcharge. Please note that access to golf course requires a previous reservation, as well as a federation license. The El Lagar restaurant offers international and Spanish cuisine, while El Tabanco Bar serves snacks. There is a children's playground and separate kid's swimming pool. Guests will be provided with a small bed and welcome food bowls for their pet. Barceló Montecastillo Resort Hotel is well located for the A-4 and the A-382 motorways. The Jérez Formula One Race Track is a short drive away,and Jerez can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Seville is an hour's drive from the hotel.

Letter of invitation for ICAHVM 2026
A letter of invitation is proof that your paper submission and registration have been accepted by the conference committee. It is written in English and may help with your visa application; however, it does not guarantee a visa.
Invitation letters are issued only after your registration and payment are complete, and they are sent by email.
