Hotel Details
A lovely and incredibly friendly hotel. Comfy beds, delicious fresh breakfast, beautiful lounge, and all run by the nicest people. The bathroom in my room was really nice and I loved the great views from being up on the hill. I stayed four nights as a solo traveller and felt safe and cared for.Charming and elegant boutique hotel. Centrally located on a quiet street just steps from the main area of Cerro Alegre. Security was excellent and we felt very safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in room #4 which was huge and came with a king-sized bed, a table and 2 chairs, desk, and a large bathroom with double sinks. Lovely experience overall.

Letter of invitation for ICCEP 2026
A letter of invitation is proof that your paper submission and registration have been accepted by the conference committee. It is written in English and may help with your visa application; however, it does not guarantee a visa.
Invitation letters are issued only after your registration and payment are complete, and they are sent by email.
For those who need a visa: the organising committee has no control over the visa application process or the decision of the embassy or consulate, and cannot be responsible for visa issuance. Processing times vary, so start your application as early as you can. If an application is denied, we cannot change the decision or correspond with the embassy on behalf of the applicant.
