Located along the River Dora, Turin's Pacific Hotel Fortino features a peaceful garden with summer terrace, and classic rooms with air conditioning. Garage parking is available, and WiFi is free. Rooms at the Fortino have carpeted floors and wood furniture. They all feature a mini bar, satellite TV, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. A varied buffet breakfast is served each morning, as well as Gluten-free options. The hotel is a 15-minute walk or short tram ride into the city centre. It is also only 700 metres from Torino Dora Train Station for links to the airport.

Letter of invitation for ICFSM 2026
A letter of invitation is proof that your paper submission and registration have been accepted by the conference committee. It is written in English and may help with your visa application; however, it does not guarantee a visa.
Invitation letters are issued only after your registration and payment are complete, and they are sent by email.
For those who need a visa: the organising committee has no control over the visa application process or the decision of the embassy or consulate, and cannot be responsible for visa issuance. Processing times vary, so start your application as early as you can. If an application is denied, we cannot change the decision or correspond with the embassy on behalf of the applicant.
