Authors
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full papers (.doc or .pdf) are accepted through the online submission system.
All submitted papers must report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts must follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Presenters
Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the authors or co-authors. Use your own laptop or the PC in the session room (Windows and PowerPoint); bring your file on a pen drive. A volunteer helps start each presentation.
The maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft × 4 ft). Bring your own printed poster, set it up in the morning before the opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the authors must be present for discussion at the poster session.
Submit an abstract or full paper for double-blind peer review. After confirmation, the organising committee runs a test before the conference and explains how to connect and present. After the conference you receive the soft copy of the certificate of presentation and the proceedings.
