Registration starts once your paper is accepted. Choose your category, pay online, then email the registration form and your final paper.

Registration fees of ICCS 2026
Once your paper is accepted, the registration process begins. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by 11 November 2026 for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the technical programme. One registration covers one attendee.
- The fee covers a paper of up to 6 pages; each extra page costs USD 20.
- Multiple paper discount: an author with more than one paper in the same conference gets 30% off the total fee for each additional paper.
- Group registration: an additional 10% discount for groups of at least 7 registrations.

Step by step
How to register for ICCS 2026

Step 1: Registration fee and category
Choose the registration fee of your category in the table above. It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the technical programme. The regular fee covers up to 6 pages; each additional page costs USD 20.

Step 2: Registration form
Authors, delegates and listeners sign the registration form (one per paper) and email it in PDF, JPG or PNG format to [email protected] (our official email only).

Step 3: Final paper for publication
Every paper must follow the Science Guru double-column format and be sent in Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format, so that our team can do the necessary editing. If you cannot format the paper, our team formats it without any extra charge.

Step 4: Send the registration
Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx) with the final paper (.doc/.docx) that you want to publish in the proceedings to [email protected] before the last date of registration. Listeners send the filled listener registration form with a valid government ID card (preferably a copy of the passport).
Co-authors
One registration lets one person attend. Each co-author who wants to register pays USD 150 extra and gets everything covered by the registration.

Wait for the final confirmation of your payment and the event schedule from our coordinator before making any travel bookings.
